Terms of service

By placing a baddleball preorder, you agree that your card is charged at checkout and your order reserves launch inventory at the price shown at checkout.

The current preorder price remains in effect until the next price step after product arrival unless inventory or launch needs change sooner.

Final box dimensions, carrier rates, and fulfillment timing will be confirmed before launch orders ship. Baddleball may contact preorder customers with fulfillment updates using the email address provided at checkout.

Preorders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting support. After delivery, returns and product issues are handled according to the refund policy.

Use baddleball only in safe water conditions where players can stand comfortably. Adult supervision is required for children and all normal water safety rules apply.
