Refund policy

Baddleball launch orders are preorders. Your card is charged at checkout and your order reserves launch inventory at the current preorder price.

Preorder cancellations

You can cancel your preorder before it ships by contacting support at support@baddleball.com with your order number. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will process the cancellation and refund.

Returns after delivery

Unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and include the board, balls, rulebook, carry bag, and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Used products and launch defects

Used products are not eligible for a standard unused return. If your launch set arrives defective or has a covered product issue, contact support with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and handle eligible claims through replacement or refund support.

Non-refundable conditions

Damage from misuse, unsafe water conditions, rough handling, normal wear, or use outside product instructions is not treated as a product defect.
