When you preorder, your card is charged at checkout and your order reserves launch inventory. The order confirmation should show the product, quantity, price paid, and order number.
Because final box dimensions and carrier rates are still being confirmed, launch fulfillment timing and any final shipping details will be sent before orders ship.

What do I get in the set?
Each set includes one inflatable free-floating baddleball board, two regulation balls, the printed rulebook, and a carry bag.
What is different about the 2-pack?
The 2-pack includes two complete sets. It is built for lake weekends, resorts, larger pool parties, and brackets where one board creates too much waiting.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. Contact support before the order ships and include your order number. Once the order has shipped, the return policy applies.
What is the return policy?
Unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used items are handled through warranty support if there is a covered product defect.
What is covered by warranty?

Will it work in our pool?
Yes. The game is designed for shallow water where players can stand and move around the free-floating board. Adult supervision is required for kids and all normal water safety rules apply.
Does it work in a lake?
Yes, in calm shallow lake water where players can stand comfortably. Avoid current, boat traffic, deep water, or unsafe swimming conditions.
