Shipping policy

Baddleball is currently taking launch preorders. Final box dimensions, carrier rates, inventory timing, and fulfillment timing will be confirmed before launch orders ship.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the store configuration available at the time of purchase. If a preorder requires a shipping update before fulfillment, we will contact the customer using the email address on the order.

Customers will receive order confirmation after checkout and shipping confirmation when the order is fulfilled. Tracking details are provided when available from the carrier.
